A member of the Healthji Solutions’ team will meet with the client leadership and program implementation team to initiate a Needs Assessment, along with a comprehensive program implementation process.
Elements of the initial consultation include:
- Environmental assessment review.
- Communication systems review.
- Identification of specific logistics, timeline and employees and spouse engagement/attendance considerations.
- Timeline Calendar and Communications review.
The end result of this process is the presentation of a Partnership Success Plan mutually agreed upon elements defining the roll of Healthji Solutions,and your company, both of whom contribute to the overall success of the program.
