Mandeep is an engineer by education. He has been leading business operations and quality for over 12 years now. He has experience in program management with diverse industrial background.  He has Cross Functional Work Experience in Manufacturing Quality, Service Quality & Information Technology.

He has led large businesses and operations. Mandeep has superior people management skills and has been a People's leader. He has led large multi skilled and multi technology teams for industry leaders such as Monster, PwC, General Electric etc.

As part of this, he started Birlasoft’s engagement with Monster and grew it to more than 120 People in one year with the best possible "Voice of Customer" (VOC).

He has been an integral part of smart business focused six sigma strategy deployment across various organizations and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
