Rahul Menezes

Executive Director and Co-Founder

Rahul has over 18 years of rich global experience in the areas of Sales, Business Development and P&L leadership. His experience spans the Hardware/ Infrastructure, Software Consulting, Offshore Outsourcing and Professional Services Industries.

Rahul is currently the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Destar Inc. Destar provides Executive Recruitment, Professional Service as well as HR and Sales Advisory Services that helps companies build their Go to Market Strategies to increase sales and foster growth.

Rahul served in a number of sales and senior executive roles where he won numerous leadership and performance awards at Birlasoft, finishing his tenure there as the Sr. Vice President running different verticals for the organization as well as he helped manage the company’s  key strategic client relationships. He has worked for HCL HP prior to this.

Rahul has a BA in Economics and Masters in Management Studies. He is also a trained Six Sigma Black Belt and has championed a number of Six Sigma projects. He has also participated in many career development workshops at Wharton and other institutions of higher learning.
